Paper submissions of claims (UB or HCFA form 1500) can be mailed or faxed to our TPA PacificSource Administrators, Inc. office at:

Effective August 1, 2011, SharedCare a service of St. Charles Health System claims will be processed through PacificSource Administrators, Inc. A SharedCare Nurse Care Manager will review if authorization is necessary. Approved Claims will be processed weekly.
